Knock it out Herbal Tea

An herbal tea remedy to knock cold, flu, mucus,  scratchy throat or any little inkling that some illness  is a brewing. 
Take immediately at the first sign that illness is afoot. Continue to drink 1-3 times daily as hot as you can tolerate until symptoms subside. (Ideally a 10 day regimen)

Ingredients include: 

Mullein- works as an expectorant to rid the body of mucus while simultaneously support coughing. 

White pine- an indigenous plant that supports respiratory health with antimicrobial properties 

Echinacea - an immune superhero here to help fight off illness at its first sights. Or feels for that matter 

Ginger- a carribbean staple, bringing heat to the party that functions as a way to see that cold out 

Thyme - a great antimicrobial that knocks a scratchy throat out immediately 

Peppermint - a beautiful aromatic that helps clear the airways when we are sick to breath better and bring some good flavor
